Completing a purchase from CROFTcare a division of The Croft Group shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed in our catalogue and the website is excluding GST and in Australian Dollar currency.
A business entity of The Croft Group will issue a Tax Invoice with your Goods, with payment due as per the Due Date. Some group management companies prefer to receive a Consolidated Invoice, customers associated with these groups will receive a Delivery Docket with Goods.

Copies of Material Safety Data Sheets are available via the PDF link on the product description in our catalogue. If you would prefer email copies, please contact us.
Despatch & Delivery
Our aim is to despatch orders within 1 working day of receipt. Orders received after 12.00pm will be processed for the next business day and despatched accordingly. If there is a delay we will contact you directly. Delivery times are based on 2 business days from order receipt prior to 12.00pm midday.
We have 2 despatch times daily (am & pm). Some goods are not ready to be despatched immediately and sometimes we have items which are not in stock at time of despatch. If this is the case, time required for despatch may be based on the longest time. Cost of delivery is $15.00 + gst.

Our returns policy is simple!
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, ie: the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you have had a change of heart, you must return it to us unused and it its original condition within 14 days upon receipt of the item for a prompt replacement, exchange or credit note.
